Refund policy

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (including packaging and accessories) to the following address: 68°, 13 Impasse les Noyers, F-01400 Chatillon sur Chalaronne, with a tracking number, in order to avoid parcels being lost or misplaced by carriers. You must provide us with the tracking number of your returned parcel; otherwise, we will refuse the return. Any damage sustained by the product on this occasion may result in the right of return being forfeited. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
