Refund policy

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging and accessories), to the following address: UNIK-ID, 13 Impasse les Noyers, F-01400 Chatillon sur Chalaronne, with a tracking number, to avoid packages being lost or mislaid by carriers. You must provide us with the tracking number of your returned parcel, otherwise we will refuse the return. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be grounds for refusing the right of return. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
